Ingredients

Salsa
100g Mango
60g Red pepper
1 Avocado
100g Red onion
60g Coriander
80g Jalapeno
Pinch of Sea salt
Splash of Lime juice

Snack Vessel
100g bag of Proper Crisps Garden Medley Crisps

Gremolata
100g Parsley
2 cloves of Garlic
Zest of 1 Lemon

Preparation

1. Salsa: Dice everything finely and combine.
2. Gremolata: Finely chop parsley and garlic. Mix together with lemon zest.
3. Spoon salsa onto each chip, top with gremolata.
