A spiced twist on a classic crumble, this dessert pairs caramelised banana and pineapple with a crunchy topping of Proper Sweet Cinnamon Tortilla Chips.

125g Goat’s cheese, creamy
125g Mascarpone
60g Honey
80g Walnuts
1/2 bunch Basil
Pinch of Sea salt
Pinch of Pepper
140g Proper Crisps Big Cut Purple & Gold Crisps
1. Toast walnuts. Rough chop and set aside to cool.
2. Whip goat’s cheese with mascarpone. Spoon onto each crisp.
3. Drizzle honey over the top. Crumble walnuts over.
4. Season with sea salt and pepper.
5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
