Ingredients

  • 100g Roast Chicken

  • Tablespoon mayonnaise

  • Cos Lettuce

  • Sprinkle Parmesan Powder

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Two slices of your favourite bread

  • Butter

  • Cider Vinegar Crisps


Preparation

Butter both slices of bread and layer 2-3 leaves of lettuce on your bottom piece of bread.


In a bowl mix roast chicken, mayonnaise, sprinkle of parmesan, salt and pepper. Layer on top of your cos lettuce.


Add another layer of lettuce and top off with second slice of buttered bread. Open a bag of Cider Vinegar crisps and enjoy.
