Salad Sandwich

Serves 1




  • Two slices of your favourite bread

  • Jalapeno and lime hummus

  • Tomatos

  • Red Onion

  • Avocado

  • Cucumber

  • Cos Lettuce

  • Smoked Paprika

  • Marlborough Sea Salt Crisps

  • Butter


Prep your veges; slice avocado, tomato, cucumber and red onion. Wash your lettuce.

Butter your two slices of bread. Layer your sandwich:

  • Spread your jalapeno and lime hummus and sprinkle with smoked paprika

  • add two-three lettuce leaves

  • add sliced red onion

  • add sliced tomatos

  • add sliced cucumber

  • Sprinkle with a little more smoked paprika

  • add sliced avocado

  • top with another two -three lettuce leaves

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread top slice with jalapeno and lime hummus, sprinkle with smoked paprika and finish off your sandwich. Serve with side of Marlborough Sea Salt Crisps.
