Pea & Parmesan Dip for Big Cut

Ingredients

- 1 cup peas

- 1 garlic glove

- 1/4 cup grated parmesan

- 1 tbsp basil

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 lime, juiced

- salt and pepper

- 1-2 tbsp sunflower seeds  

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients (apart from the seeds) in a food processor and process until almond smooth

2. Scoop into a bowl and top with extra peas and seeds

3. Dip your smoked paprika crisp in and enjoy
