Whipped Goats Cheese Dip

Serves Many




200 grams goats cheese

2 tablespoons thickened cream

2 tablespoons of preserved lemon rind OR zest of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon Fresh thyme

pinch of Salt

1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper

3 fresh figs, cut into quarters

1 tablespoons hot honey

1 teaspoon olive oil

2 tablespoons finely diced chives or spring onion


Place goats cheese, cream, preserved lemon/lemon zest, fresh thyme leaves, pinch of salt and pepper into a food processor and blitz until smooth.

Spread dip onto desired platter and top with fresh figs, chives and a drizzle of hot honey and olive oil.
